๐Ÿ›’ How do I receive my digital product?

All products are digital.
Right after purchase, you will receive a PDF download containing the link to access your Google Sheets template.
No physical items will be shipped.


๐Ÿ“ฅ I didnโ€™t receive my download. What should I do?

  1. Check your email, spam, promotions, junk folders.

  2. If using Gmail, check the โ€œUpdatesโ€ tab.

  3. If you still donโ€™t see anything, email us:

๐Ÿ“ What if I lose my files?

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
If files are lost or deleted after delivery, a new purchase may be required.

We recommend saving a copy to:

  • your device

  • Google Drive

  • iCloud

  • Dropbox


๐Ÿ“– How do I use the Google Sheets template?

You will receive a PDF with a link to the template.
To use it:

  1. Open the link

  2. In Google Sheets click File โ†’ Make a copy

  3. Save it to your Google Drive

You will now have your own editable version.


๐Ÿ’ป Do I need special software?

No.
Our templates work with Google Sheets, which is free to use.

You only need:

  • a browser (Google Chrome or Safari recommended)

  • a Google account


๐Ÿ“ฑ Can I use the files on my phone?

Yes.
You can open them using:

  • Google Sheets app (iOS or Android)

  • Any standard PDF reader

For editing, desktop or laptop is recommended for best experience.


๐Ÿ” Why canโ€™t I edit the original sheet?

To protect formulas and layouts, the original file is view-only.
You must create your own copy:

Google Sheets โ†’ File โ†’ Make a copy

This gives you full editing access.


โ™ป๏ธ Can I get a refund?

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • refunds

  • returns

  • cancellations

  • accidental purchases

  • โ€œI changed my mindโ€

๐Ÿ›‘ Can I share or resell the files?

No.
All digital products are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • resell

  • redistribute

  • upload publicly

  • share links

  • modify & resell

Violations may result in license termination.
